Hello,
As a teacher, I was had this situation:
There was an assignment due the day before Q1 ended, but I had a personal emergency that day until 3 days after Q1 reports had come out. All students automatically were graded 0 out 25, and that showed up on their report card. Now, it's Q2, and I would like to know how to change their grades so they have a better grade for the EOY reports.
Sincerely,
Avi

Hello @snlfan
If you are unable to change the grades manually within your gradebook and remove the 0s, then likely your school has the grading period closed and permissions disabling teachers from overriding that - it is fairly common for K12 schools. It would be best to speak with your school directly and they can either remove or change the 0s for you.
