Thank you for contacting Canvas Support. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with getting a quiz to load in Speedgrader. Because the rest of the quizzes are loading as expected and only one is causing an issue, it may be an issue with your browser or network. It would be best to clear your cache and/or try another browser altogether.
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click the three dots
On the left, choose Privacy and Security
Then, clear browsing data
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time. I suggest at least 4 weeks
Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
Click Clear data.
If you are still getting this error after clearing cache or checking another browser, we would likely need to look at the specifics here.
