Can't access courses

On my MAC when I log into to canvas, there is not a subject for "Courses" or for "Account" where those subjects are supposed to be it's just a blank space. So I am not able to access any of my classes that I am enrolled in

Hello there, @MollyRamirez ...
There have been others here in the Community that have experienced some of the same issues. Here are a handful of suggestions to try on your own:
- Make sure that you are using an up-to-date browser. I like to suggest using either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Those two browsers are good choices when navigating around the Canvas environment. Also, check out What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?
- Clear your web browser's history/cache files. After you do that, close and re-start your browser. Then, log back in to Canvas to see if anything has changed...hopefully for the better.
- Reach out to Eastern Iowa Community Colleges' Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Learning Department. I visited their website, and I was able to find the following page which appears to have some good support information: Everything Canvas (eicc.edu).
- Connect with the Canvas Help Desk staff. They may have some suggestions for you as well. Here's a Guide with more information: How do I get help with Canvas as a student?
