The Instructure Community is fully available, including guides, release notes, forums, and groups. If some styling still looks unusual, clear your cache and cookies.

I“m trying to do a proctored exam. Although I have my Proctorio installed, active and with with access. I find an error message in Canvas saying "LTI Tool Missing. Reconnect course or contact exam administrator" When I click it, it takes me to Proctorio's download page but it all says it's all set in there. What should I do?

That's an error that you'll need to either contact your teacher or the Canvas team at your school/institution (perhaps in a eLearning, IT, or Digital Education department) to investigate and hopefully resolve.
It sounds like either the exam hasn't been set up for proctoring yet, or there's a problem between your school's Canvas instance and Proctorio's service. Unfortunately, users here in the Instructure Community don't have any access to your account or Canvas instance to verify any of this, so it's just some speculation.
I hope your teacher of local team are able to get this resolved quickly.
