Canvas Assignments missing from Modules

I have posted assignments in the Canvas Assignment folder (i.e., Register for your e-textbook; Forum #1; Forum #2). They are all listed in their respective folders (Assignments, Discussions, etc.) but are not appearing in Modules. How can I fix this problem?

Have you added them to your Modules? Next to the Module, click on the plus sign +. Then select the items that you'd like the students to access through the Module. Make sure that both the Module and each item is published.

I think the assignments should appear in a student's account on the start date that you've set. When assignments do not appear in a student's 'To Do' list, the most common reason is that the device or computer the student is using is not set to the correct date.

I also have an assignment that is in the grade book and is listed in the assignments tab but is not showing up in the module.  It is published.

I have this issue too! It was in my module but then just disappeared. But if I try adding it back in to the module, it creates a new assignment.
