Is there any way to resize the time intervals on the Weekly Calendar so that I can see the entire course without it being cut off?

There's no way to resize the intervals
Not sure if this would be helpful but
Have you tried zooming with your Browser (For instance using Zoom in or Zoom out in the view menu in Chrome)?
Is your browser up to date?
