Canvas Data: learning outcomes results not rolled up?

Hi,

In the `learning_outcomes_results_fact` [table](https://portal.inshosteddata.com/docs#learning_outcome_result_fact) from the Canvas Data Warehouse, we used to have results from multiple questions linked to the same learning outcome in a Classic Quiz rolled up as a single row for the learning outcome in the aforementioned table.  In our new instance of Canvas at our college, we noticed that the data in this table now corresponds to the number of student-questions.  So, if three questions link to the same learning outcome in the quiz, there is now 3 rows for student.

Trying to figure out if something changed regarding the Canvas Data Warehouse, or if we did not set things up correctly to have the data rolled up correctly for the table.
