Hello, I really need help on fixing this. I cannot access my canvas dashboard since yesterday because of this bug.
I tried restarting my wifi, it did not fiix it
I tried clearing the cookies in my browser, it's still the same
I tried logging in on other browser, did not change a thing
I tried using my mobile browser, also did not work
Now I'm at a lost, I really don't know how to fix this bug, this is the first time I encountered this... I really need help on how to fix this

Hello there, @Aldwin_Llamas ...
I typically direct people to take a look at this blog post from 2018 to see if any of the suggestions that Stuart suggested will help in your situation:
Solved: [ARCHIVED] What to do when Canvas looks 'big' or '... - Instructure Community - 270158
If, after trying these suggestions, you are still having issues, I recommend that you reach out to Canvas Support using the following Guide:
How do I get help with Canvas?
Hopefully you'll be able to find a solution soon. Please keep us posted...thanks!
Hi @Aldwin_Llamas,
I know that you said you have tried multiple web browser (both on a traditional computer and mobile) but (if I recall from prior experiences) it seems like you might have adjusted your web browser settings to disable JavaScript/JS.
Have you tried restoring your web browsers back to default?
You might also be able to get a faster response if you click on the "Help" area of Canvas and contact your school's Canvas team directly. Depending on what your school subscribes to, you might also be able to contact Canvas Support directly.

Two other observations/possibilities:
_____
for Javascript (from earlier) = https://www.whatismybrowser.com/guides/how-to-enable-javascript
for cookies = https://www.whatismybrowser.com/guides/how-to-enable-cookies
Apologies for the late response, but yes, I've emailed Canvas support directly and my school IT and it has been fixed!!! 😄
No need to apologize, @Aldwin_Llamas. Glad to hear that it is working!
By chance, did they tell you the reason for the problem and what the solution was?
Sharing that information could help someone else know in the future.
If you do not know, that is also fine.
