Help! I used Canvas on my 2022 Macbook Air M2 for the first semester of study this year and it worked with no issues-using Chrome as a web browser. Now when I have returned to study Canvas doesn't load any content. I have updated all my internet browsers, (Chrome, Safari and Firefox) and Canvas still doesn't work. I have update my IOS---which is currently MacOS Ventura 13.5.1 and it still doesn't work. Ive also downloaded Java and have the updated Java script. I cant think of anything that changed between my semesters of study and have tried everything I could find on the previous blogs/questions. My laptop operates everything else, every other website and app without issue--the only thing that does not work is Canvas. Please help.

Thanks everyone---I came across a troubleshooting post already on here which suggested simply logging out of the actual user login account on your Macbook and then logging back in---it worked! No idea why it works but it did.
Even though I restarted my computer several times and completed other troubleshooting options, my Macbook always remained logged in as my user account.
Thanks for everyone's advice
Hi @KeatonGuymer -
It definitely sounds like you've tried the major troubleshooting steps, so I recommend you work with your Canvas Administrator to open a ticket with Canvas Support. They'll be able to take a closer look at what you're experiencing and be able to better diagnose the issue. How do I contact Canvas Support?
Hi @KeatonGuymer ,
You mention that the term has changed. Has the new term started yet? It's possible your institution hasn't created courses yet on Canvas or that your instructors haven't published their courses yet.
I wonder because you specify "doesn't load any content." Do you mean there is nothing on your dashboard? What about your Global Navigation Menu (the main menu at the left side)? Can you get to the calendar or your personal settings?
