Canvas Premium Training Live Webinar Calendar Issue

We have an institution license for the Canvas Premium training which includes a subscription to the live webinar calendar.   We are having an issue where some faculty are not able view the live training calendar for webinars.  We have verified the following:

  • The users were added to Canvas as faculty (teacher) when they were originally created in Canvas.
  • The users are able to load the training portal and authorize as users.
  • The Canvas user log shows they can access the Canvas training portal.
  • The Canvas user log shows they are using a variety of browsers.
  • The training portal lists the user as a valid customer.
  • We have verified that none of the users have the checkbox marked to show only trainings they are registered for. 

To sum up all parts of the training portal appears to work except the calendar of live webinars is blank.  It can work for a user one minute and then another time won't show anything.  

Does anyone have experience with the "bridge" product for the premium training portal or have thoughts on what might be causing some users to experience the issue and not others?

Hi @Nadine_Edwards  --

In this case, it may be best to collaborate with your CSM to troubleshoot and to make sure that your accounts are configured correctly. All faculty should have access to the webinars with that subscription in place.
