Canvas Quiz with different availability windows.

We have one Canvas course with only one quiz. Throughout the year, we will continuously add students to that course. We want each student to have a two-week window upon enrolling in this course. While we can achieve this with the assignment availability window, managing it for more than 150 students becomes challenging. I have enabled Canvas Pacing, which appears to be a solution for this. However, I need to manually create pacing for each newly added student. I am wondering if there is a better option to accomplish this. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
