I am a student and am having issues accessing the OneNote page for my course. In canvas the instructor has a link called class notebook. When I click on it I can sign in and then am met with a blank white page. Other students have been able to sign into the OneNote page. I believe it is something wrong with my canvas, I have used different wifi connections and computers and am still having the issue. Other students are able to use the link without an issue. Is there a fix for this?

Since this is a tool external to Canvas (a purchase your school district has made to integrate with Canvas), I recommend you reach out to the Tech Support for your school.
But you can always try a few things like: Make sure you computer and brower are up to date; clear the cache on your browser. (sounds like you've tried other computers).
Also, you might check to see if they use a school email for rostering into these other tools. In Canvas, when you go to your profile -- do you have a school email? Or a personal email?

In case anyone else has this issue and comes across this thread, I solved it by disabling my adblocker.
