Since this is a tool external to Canvas (a purchase your school district has made to integrate with Canvas), I recommend you reach out to the Tech Support for your school.
But you can always try a few things like: Make sure you computer and brower are up to date; clear the cache on your browser. (sounds like you've tried other computers).
Also, you might check to see if they use a school email for rostering into these other tools. In Canvas, when you go to your profile -- do you have a school email? Or a personal email?
Best thing is to contact support at your school, I think. good luck!
