I am assuming that you are a student wanting to view a recent Conferences recording in your course. If so, you should be able to do that using the following Guide: How do I use Conferences in a course as a student?. Keep in mind, though, that if your school has not purchased the full BigBlueButton product (the software that runs Conferences), those recordings are only kept for 14 days, and then they are deleted automatically (as also described in this Guide).
