Canvas dashboard not loading

Hello I have been trying to access Canvas dashboard for several days and it is no loading. Mobile works fine, but desktop does not

Good morning, @RobertAcuna ...

Several people within the past couple weeks have posted here in the Community that they are having issues logging in to Canvas.  Here are some suggestions that I have been sharing with people:

• Check to make sure that you are using an up-to-date browser.  I like to recommend either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as your browser of choice...as those have the best browsing experience when navigating around Canvas.
• Clear your web browser history/cache files.  After you do that, close your browser.  Then, re-start the browser and log back in to Canvas.  Did anything change?

• Contact your Distance Learning department at Mt. San Antonio College.  I browsed their website, and I found the following page for you that looks to have some contact information under "Having trouble with Canvas?": Distance Learning - Before You Start (mtsac.edu)
• Contact the Canvas Help Desk team to see if they have any other suggestions for you to try.  How do I get help with Canvas as a student?
