Hello there,

It's been three days I am facing an issue in canvas learning while I want to open my lesson, when I go to Dashboard then selecting any of my subjects, go to modules/ selecting the lesson, it opens but the graphic format is showing wrongly specially not loading any images and videos inside the lesson.

I have tried many options, opening with another browser, deleting cookies and cache etc.

Please advise what could be the issue and how it can be fixed asap.

Thanks so much!!

Hi there, @TheoZakarian ...

Thanks for posting your question.  It's a little difficult to determine exactly what might be going on within your Canvas course(s) because most of us here in the Canvas Community do not have access to your school's Canvas environment or any course(s) you are taking there.  Generally speaking, I would recommend that, if you have not done so already, you should reach out directly to your instructor(s) about this issue.  It might be that images and videos in your course have been incorrectly linked in your course.  This might be because your instructor(s) copied/pasted links from one course to another, for example.  In this situation, if your instructor(s) did this, since you don't have access to a previous version of the course, any content that was copied/pasted from that course into your own course wouldn't work correctly.  This is just one possible scenario, and without knowing the specifics of your course, it's really hard to tell.  You can reach out to your instructor(s) directly by clicking on the "Help" icon in the far left-hand global navigation menu, and then selecting "Ask Your Instructor a Question".  Further information can be found at: How do I get help with Canvas?.

Do you have any screenshots from your course that you'd be able to share to better illustrate what you are seeing on your screen?  That might give us some ideas of what might be the issue.

I hope this information will be of some help to you.  Looking forward to hearing back from you soon!
