There have been similar questions to yours over the past few weeks, and these are the things that have been recommended:
- Make sure that you are using an up-to-date web browser. In general, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are good choices when navigating around the Canvas environment. Also, you might want to review this Guide: What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?
- Clear your browser's history/cache files. Once you've finished doing this, shut down your browser, re-start the browser, and then log back in to Canvas. Did anything change for the better?
- Contact folks from Rowan University. This might be people in their Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education department. I found this page on Rowan's website that might help: Rowan Online Portal | Rowan Online. It has a "CONTACT" button at the top of the page, and there is a "Support & Technology" link at the bottom of the page. I'm guessing someone should be able to help you using those contact methods.
