Canvas showing blank screen on laptop, but not on any other device

I have had a Lenovo Yoga 11e Chromebook for a year now and Canvas has always worked perfectly fine on it. Randomly, Canvas began to only show a blank screen and not load at all on my laptop, no matter what settings I try to fix, including clearing cookies, etc. I can click the icons on the side, but it will just take me to another blank screen. Please help!!

When I went to the link you provided, I see that my Chrome is out of date (Version 76). But when I go to check for updates in my settings, it states that there are no updates and my Chrome is up to date. Why could this be?

I don't have access to a Chromebook, but my guess would be that yours is older and running an old version of ChromeOS. Google has instructions on checking your ChromeOS at https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/177889?hl=en
