Canvas test page answers are wrong all the time.

Everytime I take a test canvas test page says my answers are wrong but their answer is wrong. Everyone in our class is experiencing this problem we can't get a solution on how to solve this problem. We tried already to complain to our teacher but she doesn't do anything about the problem.Please help me solve this problem.

I'm sorry to hear that you and your fellow classmates are experiencing this problem. This sounds incredibly frustrating. Are you talking about a Canvas Quiz, by chance? Where you're answering questions such as true / false, multiple choice or matching? If so, and you know for a fact your answers are right but it's wrong on the quiz, it is very possible your teacher accidentally selected the wrong answer to be the correct answer, and Canvas is marking your quiz wrong. If not, please let us know so we can provide you with our best insight and advice

With this situation specifically, I highly encourage you to directly ask your teacher (maybe in person) what's up, and if there's anything that can be done, if you haven't done so already. Your teacher would be the only one that can make changes to the scores and to the questions.

Thank you, I didn't know who made the answers correct and wrong. Sometimes we do ask her, but she ends up looking at the answers, but she instead changes the instructions and not the answer. I complained to her three times on a test that had the wrong word bank but she only changed the instructions in the three complaints I made.
