If you have changed the term dates within Canvas and ran a sync with your SIS - it should also be reflecting the dates within the courses as it appears the SIS dates reflect correctly. This may seem simple, but have you checked that the participation in the course is set to term and not course? If the settings are still set to course it will not reflect the term changes. If that is not the issue, you will likely want to speak with Canvas Support.
