I cannot log into my class EDPN620, Canvas will not load for me. Please help.

Sorry to read that you are having troubles logging in to your course(s) at your school. If you are having difficulties with your username/password, I would recommend that you reach out to your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Learning department or your school's IT Help Desk staff. They should be able to help you with that. Also, check these Guides out:

If you are able to log in but are having difficulties seeing your Canvas Dashboard, these are things that have been recommended:
- Check to make sure that your browser is up-to-date. In general, Canvas works well when you are using either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Be sure to also review What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products? to see if your computer meets the requirements for Canvas.
- Clear your browser history/cache files. Then shut down your browser, re-start it, and then log back in to Canvas to see if anything has changed for the better.
- Contact folks at Touro University such as someone from their Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education department. I was only able to find this page on their website that has some possible help links: TouroOne Portal.
- Contact the Canvas Help Desk staff...as they may have some additional suggestions for you. How do I contact Canvas Support? - Instructure Community.
