I've been using free-for-teacher Canvas and the Collaborations function for years now, and my students and I are experiencing a strange problem. Even though we all have saved our Google Drive credentials to Settings, Canvas keeps asking us to re-authorize our Google Drive (we need to do this at least twice).
This happens every time we initially log into the page, and sometimes again after being on the page some time. This happens to both me (as instructor) and students, it happens no matter who created the document, and it happens in much the same way. I have not changed my settings or accounts in any way I know of, and that wouldn't easily explain why students have the same problem.
I've reported this a couple of times but the solutions offered don't make much of any difference. Would anyone have a recommendation?
Hello @gdehond1
Thanks for posting this in the Community!
I am sorry that you are seeing some issues with Collaborations.
I'm not sure what solutions and troubleshooting were offered to you previously, but do you and your students have a bunch of duplicate API access tokens in your account for Google Drive?
let us know!

Hi Colton, thanks for responding. To my knowledge, I do not, but to be sure I'll explain what I see.
I've attached a screenshot of what I'm seeing every time I log back into Canvas. I need to click on those authorization links and allow Google to access Canvas, twice, before it works like normal.
