Collaborations Not Working

I am a clinical nursing instructor. I created collaborations for all the students in my course and their instructors. When I first went to set up collaborations for my course, it turned on OneDrive and Teams meetings. I left them on, thinking there would be no problem. After creating the collaboration, multiple students and one instructor are unable to access the document. When they click on the link, they get a message stating the page won't load. The IT department at my institution has tried to do what they can, but they are not very familiar with collaborations and cannot offer much assistance. The students need to access this document ASAP. I have tried everything, re-creating the collaborations, asking the students to clear their cache, and showing them how to use different browsers and devices, etc. I have also disabled and enabled collaborations multiple times. I also checked my OneDrive, and I don't have a folder labeled 'Canvas'. I'm out of ideas. Can someone help, please?
