Contacting Canvas Support as a Student

 Is there any way I can contact canvas support about a bug without going through my school first?

The pathway for reporting a potential bug is always through Canvas Support, so if your school's pathway to support initially sends tickets to the school, please follow that pathway. The people responsible for handling tickets at your school will assess it and direct it appropriately.

The only support link that my school gives me is for jigsaw, the online meeting tool we use for classes. Link: https://support.jigsawinteractive.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Is there anything like this that I can submit for canvas?

I've already emailed the software dept a while ago about another problem and they never responded and so in the end I had to call all of the other people on that list that might help me and it ended up being like a week before everything was fixed.  I guess I was just wondering if there was a way I could submit a canvas ticket thing without having to go through all of that process but I guess there isn't another way which is kind of disappointing because it's not a bug that really limits my school work in any way if you know what I mean. The school is primarily worried about if the technology is allowing me to do my school or not, and in this case I can still do my school. But instead, I thought I would post an idea about it here to tell yall about it but then you told me to submit a ticket.
