Content has been removed

Good morning 

I created a 4-week course in Canvas.  I received an email that stated that "Day 5 - Discussion 1 to content that has been removed in my course Homepage, but when I click on modules and go to Day 5 - Discussion 1 it's there.

I would like Day 5 - Discussion 1 page to show up on the homepage.

Also, I've received several emails where students are having to get my permission to gain access to some of the material.  I'm not sure why this is happening.  I thought that when I set up everything students would have access to everything.
