Correct answers in quiz bank for feedback to students

Canvas question. I haven't been able to find answer in Canvas guides or online help. Quiz and the students were not allowed to see their answers until later.

After the students took the test, in the quiz banks, I put correct answers in the little boxes "General Comments" for essays and "Wrong answer comment" for the multiple choice. Then I went back into the Quiz Edit and clicked on "Allow Students to See...". A few have told me that they can only see the correct answers on the MC but they aren't seeing the General Comments on the essay questions. Please advise, thanks!
