Course Export Failed Issue

There was a problem exporting the course COURSE NAME. Please notify your system administrator, and give them the following export identifier:

The popup message is:

Gradebook Export Failed: Error exporting gradebook: Unexpected error,

ID: 170000124174558

I need to upload the grades to another system, that is why I need to download this CSV.

I am having the same issue where the course export fails and any attempts to download assignment submissions get stuck at "creating zip file."

I am unable to Export my gradebook. I have never had this issue before.

It was a site wide issue, but it is now solved.
