Course progress at group level

In the modules section I work with prerequisites to be able to track students' course progress. However, via 'view progress', I can only see the progress at student level.
How can I get an overview of the total group and where students are in the course? E.g. 10 students are still at the 'welcome' page, 25 students are currently in Module 1, and 35 students are in Module 2.
In courses with 100 students I want to get an overview of the total group, instead of clicking on each student individually

Currently the progress can only be displayed on a per user basis. You might consider something like outcomes aligned to the assignments to determine how far users are by gauging it in the mastery grade book, assuming that feature is enabled by your institution.
Otherwise I would encourage you to submit your idea to the Idea Conversations area!
