These are questions that you're going to need to ask someone at the school where you are taking the course(s). You might try reaching out to the school's Canvas administrator or someone from the school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education department. Or, you could try the school's Registration department, and they might be able to steer you in the right direction.
