Desktop not Running Canvas Properly

I have written several exams on my PC in Canvas via UBC's website. I recently attemped a trial quiz in preparaton for a final exam and the Canvas system was running brutally slow and jumpy. I was unsuccessful in determining why after several hours working with UBC's technical folks.

After the fact, I tried a laptop which functioned perfectly.

Any thoughts why the PC is behaving abnormally?  I am not aware of any changes to Windows (10) or other applications on the PC.

The issues prevails in both Edge and Google Chrome.

Sorry to hear about the problems that you have been experiencing and you were right to work with your institution's technical/Canvas folks.

When you were working with them, did they recommend reaching out to Canvas Support directly instead of posting in the Canvas Community?

If your institution has access to Canvas Support, you will see different options when clicking on "Help". At my institution, we subscribe to 24/7 support for everyone regardless of their role and we offer live chat, phone, or email.
