Difficulty Accessing "Student Competencies" Report – Urgent Support Needed

Hello Community,

We’re trying to use the Outcome Results report available under the Canvas Default Account Reports, but we’re facing an issue: the report is returning empty, even though we believe all necessary configurations have been made.

Here’s what we’ve done so far:

• Created the assignment
• Created and linked a rubric to the assignment
• Associated the rubric with the intended learning outcome
• Graded the assignment

Our goal is to have visibility into competency results per student, but the report is not showing any data.

Could this be a problem with the report itself, or are we possibly missing a configuration step?

Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @isabellasilva1 

If you want outcomes to report at account or sub-account level then they need to be set up first in the account then cascaded to the course where they are being deployed.

Without that the outcomes can only be viewed, as I understand it, at course level.
