After the assignments have been submitted and the Download Submissions button is selected, the zip file that is downloaded marks the Last Modified date of all the files as the GMT time the Zip file was created rather than the time the submissions were made. It doesn't even use the local time.
Is there a setting to have the actual local time of the institution used as the time the student submitted the file as the Last Modified time in the downloaded Zip file?
