EdPuzzle Grades Not Populating in Canvas LMS

I have used EdPuzzle integrated through Canvas for several semesters and different classes.  I assigned a video lesson that has open-ended questions that requires manually grading, which I have completed.  This is my first assignemnet for this course.  The grades that I eneteed on EdPuzzle did not transfer over into the linked Canvas LMS course grade section for that assignment.

The students were able to see and access the assignment through Canvas.  I even tried hitting the submit grades to LMS on that assignment on EdPuzzles gradebook.

Any suggestions?

According to an Instructure representative for another question posted today about EdPuzzle at https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Question-Forum/Edpuzzle-grading-open-ended-questions-insid... this is something that you will need to report to EdPuzzle Support.

The link doesn't work.  EdPuzzle no longer works for my class on a reliable level anymore.  Very disappointed. Any recommendations on what to do instead?
