Have used Edpuzzle thru canvas for a few years, works great. This school year, some kids cannot see the video, some can watch but not answer, and a few can do it correctly. Not sure why the problem this year or how to fix it?

Hi @TimothyAusting -- do you have the free version of paid version? In either case, you would need to reach out to the vendor (EdPuzzle) for support. Usually when I am troubleshooting and something works properly for some users and not others, that is a clue to me that it may not be the program itself, but rather something on the device -- maybe cache needs to be cleared, maybe an update is needed, maybe popups need to be allowed, or maybe a different browser. Try and see what the common things are for the ones for whom it is working.
I hope you are able to get it figured out! I know how frustrating it is to do so much work and then have something not work.
Just FYI, our school district got rid of EdPuzzle out of privacy concerns.
