Error 503

I'm trying to do a quiz and the message keeps popping up "503 - Service Temporarily unavailable"

Hi there, @Malia-Gabrielle ...

Do you know if you are taking the quiz in the current Classic Quiz interface or if you are using the New Quiz interface?  To determine this, take a look at these two video tutorials:

If you happen to be using the New Quizzes interface, I know that there were some issues earlier today that were logged on Instructure's Canvas status page:

However, those issues appear to have been resolved at 4:40 p.m. (MDT).

If you are still having issues with that error message, I would recommend reaching out to Canvas Support to report the issue: How do I contact Canvas Support? - Instructure Community.
