Exclamation Mark Next to Each Grade for an Assignment

What does this exclamation mark mean next to these grades? I've looked on the Canvas site but didn't find an answer.

I believe it might be there due to the plagiarism review software not being able to assess the assignment.

Thank you for submitting your question! Your university probably uses a security detection service to make sure students aren't submitting plagiarized work. From the screenshot you attached, it appears that there is an error in your assignment submissions due to the security detection service. The best thing to do is to reach out to your instructor and see if things look okay on their end.
