I often use the external tool option in my assignments, so students have their own document, chart, slide etc..to type on. However, I have 13 students who are unable to use the external tool feature. When they click on the blue letters to access the document, chart, slide etc.. the screen just spins and spins and nothing happens. I have tried everything to remedy the problem but have been unsuccessful. I desperately need this issue resolved. I have cleared the cache, powerwashed the chromebooks, logged off and shut down the chromebooks, and even tried loading the assignment in a new tab.
