Every morning, we extract an Excel file to track scores for a variety of in-Canvas quizzes and assignments for a large and variable group of students. The gradebook extract gives us all the scores we need, but is there a way to also extract the date on which each quiz was taken or assignment was submitted? Either within a gradebook extract or through some other means? I understand that I can find that information in the SpeedGrader, but it's not feasible to have to look that up on a student-by-student basis.
