Failing to login into canvas

Hello my name is Rayshad Lindsay (Username: rlind013) and I am having problem logging in into canvas. I tried to login into canvas this page appear every time I sign in. It keeps saying Fail to sign to log in, "Canvas doesn't have an account for user: rlind013." Can you fix this situation as soon as possible because I have things that needs to be done on Canvas.

Most of the time, login issues need to be resolved at your school because we here in the Canvas Community do not have access to their Canvas environment.  So, since you are at Old Dominion University, you'll want to reach out to folks at your school who will be able to assist you with this.  I took a minute or two to browse their website, and I found the following page for you:

It looks like there is some contact information for you under the heading "ITS Help Desk" on the right side of that page.

Also, I would highly recommend that you remove your username from your above question...just for security reasons.
