Our students are having difficulty accessing some published files.
Some students can access the file, while others can't. Our support team hasn't found a pattern or configuration errors that could fix the problem.

Your screenshot appears to show a New Quiz. We've been made aware through a Canvas support ticket tat there is a known issue with file retrieval right now if both the "one question at a time" and "no backtracking" options are enabled. Changing either one of those settings does seem to fix the issue, but isn't always an acceptable workaround depending on the design on the quiz. I'd definitely report this issue to Canvas support through whatever means are available at your school/institution, as having more reports of the issue will likely move it up the priority list to fix.
