I teach 2 periods of the same courses so I created my Homepage and content in one course of each with the intent to copy it over to the other course so that I only had to do the work once.
When I import the course, the image files are not copying over and the platform is not telling me why, it is just saying "couldn't copy filename.png" 47 times. I do not have the time nor the desire to click and upload 47 files correctly into a course that should simply copy over.
Please tell me why it is doing this and what I can do to fix it! A screen shot of what the failed import looks like.
I'm trying to help some colleagues with this same issue when they are importing modules from a workroom into an SIS-generated course. I've been able to import without these errors from the same workroom but my colleagues continue to receive these errors when importing from the same shared workroom. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hello, I am trying to copy an existing course to another course and images are not getting copied over and getting the same "Couldn't copy file "Banner-Welcome-1.png" issue. Any suggestion on how to resolve this issue?
