Finding when something was graded at 100%

We need to know the date when an assignment or quiz was graded at 100%.  AT the moment we are finding this information through Gradebook History, but as we have many assessments per student this is very time consuming.  Is there another way to do this.

History is the way I was going to recommend initially.  If someone there knows how to use API's, there might be a way to come up with some API calls that will pull that information.  Another option (which may not be possible for you) is to look at the chrome extension Canvas Cape: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/canvascape/mlahdfgjbidfdlhmpmfnikheobfeibeg?hl=en

I have used it in the past, put I do not remember if it will give you the information you are looking for.  I know it provides some information on graded work though.
