As far as I know, there is nothing on the front end of Canvas that allows users to add additional fonts to the RCE (Rich Content Editor) on their own. And, to be honest, I am not even sure that fonts can be added by other advanced means. That would be beyond my scope of knowledge, so maybe someone with more background in coding would be able to chime in.
There are already a range of available fonts you can use in the RCE. Just select the "Format" >> "Fonts" menu within the RCE, and you'll see a listing of 20 available fonts you can choose from.
