General comments box for an online quiz

Hi how do students whose enrolment in a course has expired - see teachers general comments for a quiz?

I am not talking about comments under individual questions. But the general comments box that is visible for teachers down the right of the screen.

The student can access the course from the All Courses option (courses icon). They can open the eQuiz and see their submissions for the eQuiz - both the questions and answers.

However, they cant see earlier teachers general comments or my current comments. How do they do this for eQuizzes? 

They can see previous teacher feedback in the general comments box for

@VanessaCouzens Do they not see the comments when they go to the Grades tab and scroll down to the quiz? See https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Student-Guide/How-do-I-view-assignment-comments-from-my-instructo... for how students should be able to find these comments.

Hi @VanessaCouzens,

When the student navigates back to the quiz/test/exam, they will see the general feedback in a textbox that appears under their answer. The exact view will depending a variety of circumstances (primarily the type of question or whether it is a "classic" quiz or a "new" quiz). Below is an example of a "classic" quiz and a multiple answer question.

@dbrace I think @VanessaCouzens is referring to the comments entered in the sidebar of the SpeedGrader, not the feedback that is programmed into the quiz.
