We have been running the Google LTI 1.3 since it became available, with a pretty high fidelity and success rate. Unfortunately, as of late, students have been hit with a white screen or loading error when trying to attach Google Docs from the Upload Tab for assignments with uploads available. Additionally, in Google Assignments when teachers create an assignment and the doc is copied to students, when they try and turn it in, many get the same type of error. Canvas points to Google as the issue or just states they cannot help us, and Google doesn't really provide support. Is anyone having issues with this integration and/or found ways around this?

Hey! I would suggest trying the following if you haven't already:
1) Clear cache and cookies
2) Try Incognito if possible -- if it works in incognito but not in your regular browser, it's an extension that's interfering and you'll need to isolate the extension that is causing the issue.
3) I would make sure that students are only signed in with their school Google account and not any other accounts.
Hope this helps!

I have tried all of these solutions and am still unable to create a Google LTI assignment, despite making them in the past. I have tried clearing cache and cookies, incognito browser, removing and reinstating my Google Drive connection, removing old Google LTI tokens. . . nothing has worked. Something has broken; when I click External Tool > Google LTI, I receive a page that says:
Something broke unexpectedly.
