Grade Option for Student Read Comments

Is it possible to add a feature in Canvas Grading where students must read comments before having their overall grade released? It would be helpful to have a feature where an instructor could select an option where students must read the comments and confirm receipt read BEFORE their overall grade for the assignment is released.
