Does anyone use Grade Passback with Skyward Qmlativ? We are trying to roll it out this year but continue to receive the same error message stating that our assignment categories/groups don't match between Qmlativ and Canvas. We have checked everything we know to check (even looked for extra spaces) and we continue to receive this message even though the categories match! Has anyone else experienced this? My teachers really want to use this feature and we just can't seem to find a resolution!

I am sorry to hear that you are getting this error when trying to sync assignments. Here are a few things to consider:
1. The spelling should be identical in Canvas as in Qmlativ.
2. Make sure that each section in the Canvas course is associated with a category for its respective section in the SIS.
3. You may need to re-sync SIS categories (especially if that category was added after the sync). How do I sync my Canvas assignment groups to my Qmlativ grading categories for grade passback?
Thank you for your response. We have verified that the Assignment Groups match our Grading Categories exactly. We don't have an option to sync SIS categories. When we click the three dots, our only option is to "Disable Sync to Qmlativ". Canvas Support is saying it's a Skyward problem and Skyward Support is saying it's a Canvas problem.
