Grade once posted are missing in grade book.

It is week 6 in one of my courses. I have graded the students' papers and want to put their class grade in the grade book and was shocked to see that all of my grades (written in points) are missing! why are they hidden? I am unable to replace the grades in the empty slots. a black 0/0 appears and I cannot type in a new grade.

Hi sharon,
This is something that will be incredibly tough to diagnose in the community as we are unable to see your particular instance of Canvas, and it is not best practice to share screenshots of grades and marks on the public forum.
The best tips I can give you would be to try a different browser first and foremost (to see if there is something quirky happening only in one browser).
If that doesn't work, I recommend reaching out to Canvas support who should be able to assist you, they can see your course and your particular case so can diagnose things quickly. You can get into contact with support via the Help menu on the left hand side in Canvas.
