I recently have a question about my grade. So, the canvas student app shows different letter grade with my browser canvas. So, when I go to my course and click "grade" on canvas app, it shows 94% (C+), however, the browser shows 94% (A). And my teacher said that if the score is percentage is higher than 94%, the letter grade should be A. So, I wonder if someone knows what happened with this situation?

It sounds like something isn't working quite right. Please submit a ticket with Canvas Support. If I hear of any updates I can pass along, I will reply again to this thread.

Hi @wendy101 - This sounds like a Known Issue. If you haven't already contacted Support, you can still do so! That way, once the issue is addressed, you'll receive a notification.
