Grades for some students do not occur in gradebook, despite rubric marked - why?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hi @ChristineLoh,
When you added the rubric to the assignment, did you select the "Use this rubric for assignment grading" option?
If you are unsure what I am talking about, please check How do I add a rubric to an assignment? - Instructure Community - 1058 and then go to its "Select Rubric Settings" section.
Does that help?

Yes, I did. I feel like it has something to with Turnitin Similarity Report. Will that affect the grade appearing the Gradebook?
THANK YOU !
You are welcome @ChristineLoh. If you are using Turnitin, that could be related.
For Turnitin, are you using the Canvas Plagiarism Framework or are you using it as an external tool/app?
Since I do not have access to your course, you might find it easier (and faster) to reach out to institution's Canvas team.
